MENU 1: Timeless Classics
Appetizer:
Handmade ravioli paired with fresh black truffles and a silky butter emulsion.
Main Course:
Succulent pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon, served in a rich forest mushroom cream with aromatic mashed potatoes.
Dessert:
Decadent chocolate cube enriched with Bourbon vanilla and a refreshing sour cherry coulis.
MENU 2: Culinary Avant-garde
Appetizer:
A rhapsody of colors: creamy beetroot risotto perfectly balanced with feta cheese and crispy pancetta chips.

Golden, crispy chicken arancini stuffed with melting fine cheeses, served alongside the technically perfect "1000-layer" potato.
